Orchard Bliss 250g

A jam that will always be very special created for my brother on his engagement in an Apple Orchard.  A jam with Apple Pear and Plum cooked together to blend flavours then blended smooth and added is a little spice, sugar and lemon juice and you have a gorgeous smooth blissful Jam to enjoy with those you love.  I love making this as the filling for my gingerbread kiss biscuits a huge favourite in our home.
