We missed it too much for it to become just a nostalgic memory. Call us old fashioned, but we love stepping back in time and recreating those recipes and turning them into delcious gourmet produce for your family to enjoy.
As a husband and wife, our love for the simple and old fashioned favourites has lead us to the creation of our little business Kosie Country Made. We take a fresh approach to bringing the old fashioned back to life, and we want to share our delicious homemade Tasmanian goodies with you!

From the first time I tasted Kosie’s Pudding I was completely hooked with the taste and the story and simply the love for this product just flowed. Kim works extremely hard to ensure every product that leaves her kitchen is lovingly cooked to a very high standard and I am so encouraged by her passion and drive to produce the very best in old traditional foods with a modern twist.
Every time I hear Kim has cooked her now famous jam her ‘liquid gold’ of Melon and Pineapple Jam our family gets very very excited. It barely lasts 24hours in our home. I have to literally hide the Jar so that I get some! My favourite is to make homemade donuts with this jam as the filling. You simply can’t go pass this Jam….please leave us some though.
